Menu Plan for May 30-June 5, 2011
Happy Memorial Day to everyone! We’re laying low today because we’ve already had a pretty busy weekend. I think that it’s good to stop and reflect about why we celebrate the day, though. Anyway, on to the Menu Plan!
- Chicken Rice
- Sack Lunch
- Chicken Nuggets/Fish Sticks and Macaroni and Cheese
- Monday: Breakfast for Supper—Ham, Eggs, Hash browns, Cinnamon Rolls
- Tuesday: Tacos
- Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Pitas
- Thursday: Stir Fry
- Friday: Chili
- Saturday: Left Over
- Sunday: Left Over
To be Baked:
- Cinnamon Rolls
- Pita Bread
- Corn Bread
- Quick bread for breakfast. Recipe to come soon.
As always, I don’t plan it, but we do have fruit and/or veggies with every meal. I hope that everything goes as planned but this menu is subject to change.
