Menu Plan Monday
This is my very first time to join the Menu Plan Monday Linky. I am excited. I have been meal planning on and off for years in varying forms. Seriously, I think that I have used every method from “in my head” to “on the calendar.” I have found, though, that meal planning is the single best way to save money on our grocery bill. Without further ado, here’s the plan!

I know that we’re having quesadillas twice, but there are about a million different ways to make them, and we like them. Also, while it doesn’t appear on the menu, we do have fruit and vegetables, but I like to wing that. It seems that if I have a plan for the main dish, the rest falls into place. The Free Day is not a day off of cooking for me. It’s a day to use up the dish that I inevitably didn’t cook throughout the week.
What are you eating this week?
